I cannot begin to thank you enough for saving our vacation from disaster last week.  Thanks to your immediate assistance regarding the issue with Hertz counter, we had a minivan through Enterprise within no time and were on ur way.  My husband purchased an Accord from Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill in May 2009 and I plan to buy a CRV from your dealership in the future.  I will definitely tell all of my friends what wonderful service we have received from Piazza and will recommend you to everyone we know.  Thank you again!

"Pleasant Experience"

My transmission went bad and I took my car directly to their service department. They took care of everything quickly and efficiently. My repair could have potentially taken over a week but they happened to have the part locally. It was delivered and finished in two days. I mainly worked with George in the service department and he was very helpful and friendly.

I was disappointed in my experience at another Honda dealership, so I looked online for other dealerships--when I read the excellent review on John Callahan at Piazza, I decided to give Piazza a try. John was, indeed, extremely helpful and did everything he could to meet my needs as far as car and price and trade-in value. Thank you, John, for your no-pressure, helpful approach to sales--it made the experience a good one. I will return the next time I am looking for a car! Hats off, as well, to the other staff--they were friendly and fun to interact with!

GOOD MORNING, WE JUST WANTED TO TAKE A MOMENT TO THANK YOU FOR THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED TO US ON SATURDAY JUNE 17, 2010. MY WIFE AND I HAD BOUGHT OUR NEWLY PURCHASED 2008 HONDA PILOT IN FOR OUR FIRST ROUTINE OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. WE HAD NEVER BEEN TO PIAZZA HONDA BEFORE, AND WERE PREPARED FOR THE USUAL LESS THAN EXCITING SERVICE ENVIRONMENT FOUND AT MOST DEALERSHIPS. THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY PIAZZA WAS EXTREMELY FAST, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT MAY HAVE BEEN THE MOST EFFICIENT MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT I HAD EVER TAKEN A CAR TO. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES WERE ALL GENUINELY FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, AND VERY WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE. I COMMEND YOU ALL ON YOUR POSITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT, CONSIDERING THE TEMPERATURE THAT DAY WAS OVER 100 DEGREES.
