"Highly Recommended Dealership! "

My wife and I were looking for a Honda Odyssey as we have a growing family. We did have a 2008 Honda Civic LX with 65,000 miles and were looking for a Odyssey under $10,000 with under 100,000 miles. After inquiring over the phone about the Odyssey on their lot and what our family was hoping to do (practically a 1-for-1 swap with very little cash wiggle room), I went in to Piazza and met with a salesman, Sean Wilkinson. I was very straightforward with Sean about what we were able to do. He understood where we were and quickly had our Civic valued for trade-in, which the price we received was extremely fair - truly better than fair. Joe, their used car salesman, met with both of us and expressed what they were able to do - simple and straightforward. Within 75 minutes of walking in, I was able to meet a salesman, have our car valued for trade, test drive the Odyssey and receive an offer for the swap. Couldn't have asked to work with better people that were very fair, respectful, professional and personable. I would recommend this dealership, these three men (Shawn Pecora - their finance guy included) to anyone. Thank you so very much for this opportunity - it is truly a blessing for our family - hopefully for many years to come!!!

"Highly Recommend - Frank Crinite"

We purchased a 2009 Honda Accord from this dealership and would highly recommend the sales person Frank Crinite who is not just great with what he does but also provides great after sale service. I found some problem with the wind shield wipers a week after and he had them replaced even though the car had new wiper blades at the time of sale. He provides his cell number on his business card which I find was helpful. He is a great sales person to deal with and I would highly recommend him.

"Excellent Title Clerk "

I would like to applaud the excellent service and respect I have received from Clariece, the title clerk, who has been helping me with the title of my mother's 1994 Accord.  My mom purchased her Honda from Piazza a few years ago.  She no longer drives, we are trying to sell her car, but she keeps misplacing the title.  Clariece has been helping me with this situation during my visits.  Clariece has been patient with my mom and I every time I contact her and travel to Philadelphia.  My purpose of this note is to thank Clariece and to acknowledge her great service to management and future customers.

This is just a short note to thank you for something the body manager, Paul, did for me recently and to let you know how impressed I am.  I had bought my Honda Accord and one month later got a scratch on the fender.  Paul offered to touch it up for me free of charge.  It was very nice of him to do this.  Afterwards, it confirmed that I chose the right dealer to buy my car from.  Also, I was impressed with the way I was introduced to the repair people who were going to work on my car before we realized there was a problem.  Paul should be commended for his outstanding customer service.

"Highly Recommend!!"

I was panicky about my rear hatch not staying locked, the open door warning light was on, the inside light was on and the doors would not lock.  I called Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill immediately.  I depend on my car for work and to get my son home from school.  The service department was able to squeeze me in that night.  Thank goodness, it was a quick fix.  This was just one incident over the years going to Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill, as you have always been there when I was in a jam because the car needed service.  I have always taken my car to the service department at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill because the service is A+ and honest.  This also weighs in for the future when I will be in the market for a new car.  I would not hesitate to go to Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill for an honest deal backed by reliable, professional, yet personable service.  Suzanne was very courteous and helpful, as well as, Angie who makes you feel at home.  I rarely write any recommendations, but I feel Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill deserves kudos.  I would recommend them to my friends without hesitating.

"Excellent Service! "

You have a wonderful service department.  We bought this car for my daughter, but been the ones dealing with your service department.  This last visit was not scheduled.  I called at 7:45 am and they told me to come right over and they would look at the tires.  They fixed it within the hour.  The cost was minimal.  We have an Acura and we deal with Piazza Acura in Ardmore.  They are also a pleasure to deal with.  That car is 1997.  We have 2 other cars that are not from Piazza and we do not get the same service.  My youngest daughter will need a car within a year and we are strongly encouraging her to purchase on a Honda from your dealership. "Great Last Minute Service!"

My husband and I were so pleased with the service, as well as, the consideration of the staff that encouraged me to bring the car in,  My dilemma was that I noticed Saturday afternoon that I missed the car inspection which was expired.  I was thrilled to be taken in so late on a Saturday afternoon (2:45 pm) and the car was done in less than an hour.  Talk about service!!  The staff was so gracious and accommodating!!  Having that kind of customer service is worth millions!!

"Great Service and Body Work "

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate both the service and the body work that was done.  Basaam went above and beyond trying to help me get warranty coverage, and the other gentleman in service, did a great job explaining to me the work that would need to be done and why certain recommendations were made.  This was very helpful to me as the the cost of the repairs were higher than I could afford, and they made a stressful situation easier.  I also appreciate Paul's efforts to repair the bodywork on the car and that he re-aligned my bumper for me without being asked.  I was so happy with the body work!

I know this is a little late, but every time I visit my mother, I can't help but think of you and Piazza Honda.  Last December, my Honda Accord battery died and when I called the Piazza Honda dealership's service department, you answered the phone.  You gave me the number of a tow truck company that your dealership works with and I have to admit, I was greatly surprised.  The tow truck operator even called me to say he was running a little late, then called me to say he was on his way and gave me an ETA.  When we got to Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill, I was immediately put at ease by you and your service department.  And the service fees for towing, looking at my car and purchasing a new battery were very reasonable.  I live in New Jersey, but I will check out Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill when I am in the market to buy a new Honda.  (I love my Honda!)  Thank you for your great customer service!!

My wife and I had the intentions to look at Honda, Toyota and Dodge minivans, but after meeting with Frank Crinite and seeing the Odyssey, we didn't need to look any further.  Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgable in knowing the answers to not only our questions about the van, but also about the process.  In addition, everything he committed to us on the first day we met was exactly what we got when we went in a week later to pick up the van.  That may seem odd to hear, but I have had issues with every car I have bought as an adult, so it was great not having any last minute surprises.  All in all, the experience was great and while we are not likely in the car market now for another 5 years or so when I am due, I can tell you, I will certainly have Honda, Piazza specifically, as my first stop.  We have already had a few of our friends with older Odysseys ask about our van and we have told them to go see Frank because he was so great to work with!!

"Wonderful Body shop"

We recently brought my daughter's 2011 Nissan Sentra to your body shop to repair extensive damage that occurred when she was rear ended on the Baltimore/Washington expressway on her way to school.  We worked with Paul O'Connell, your body shop manager.  You should know that Mr. O'Connell was at all times helpful and thoroughly professional and a credit to your organization.  We were under a time constraint in wanting the repairs completed prior to her return to college from winter break.  Paul went out of his way to ensure that the repairs were completed on time and exceeded our expectations.  Even when I was pressing him, on a completion date, he was extremely courteous and professional.  When there was a slow up, because of the need for the delivery of additional parts, Paul diligently worked through the problem and our daughter was able to return to school in her own car.  Although, I currently drive a Nissan, my wife purchased her vehicle at your dealership.  I will seriously consider moving to a Honda product next, solely because of the fine work of Paul O'Connell.  He is to be commended.

The service at Drexel Hill Honda is outstanding.  I dropped my car off for an oil change and state inspection with the intent of picking up the car the next morning.  I dropped the car off after 5pm knowing full well that the car would not be done the same day.  To my surprise, the car not only had the oil change, but the inspection done as well, with a phone call between 7-7:30 pm the same day saying that I could pick up the car.  I was extremely impressed and pleased.  This is not the first time that this has happened.  I hit something in the road and ended up with a flat tire; I brought the car to the dealership that night and it was repaired within an hour.  I would definitely recommend your service department, as well as, the sales department for the purchase and care of a Honda.  Thank you again.  The service and friendliness of your staff is outstanding and greatly appreciated.

I wanted to send a big thank you to you and the whole team at Drexel Hill Honda.  First of all, it is always very easy to schedule with this branch.  Whoever I talk to are always polite and know exactly what I need to have done on my car.  They easily look up my past appointments so that unnecessary work is not done on my car.  My last appointment was an oil change and some other work.  When I scheduled my appointment the person said it would take two hours.  I have two young children, a 3 year old and a 4 month old.  I could not make other arrangements and needed to bring them with me and wait.  Everyone was very patient with me as I got all the stuff I needed out of the car.  As usual everyone was very polite and even said hello to both kids.  One of the workers at check in gave my 3 year old a Piazza Honda bear to play with.  After only a 45 minute wait my car was done!  Susan explained all the work the mechanics did to my car.  I cannot thank you enough for the great service.  I was not looking forward to the two hour wait and worried how we would do it, but it went so smoothly.  Thanks to the entire team!

I was returning home to VA after a wonderful afternoon visiting friends. Our 2006 CR-V decided it was time to flash some warning lights on the instrument cluster. I called our service advisor in VA and he suggested I try a Pep Boys or similar store to check the diagnostic code. Just as he was telling me that, I looked up and spotted the sign of Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill. It was 4:30 when I pulled into your service area. George Haasis was the advisor that greeted me. In just minutes, he had the car checked and told me that the Vtec pressure switch had failed. I decided to take the chance and drive home. I just wanted to thank you for the great service late in the day!

I recently purchased a Honda Pilot at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill.  I must tell you that I love the car and I was very pleased with your sales executive, Mr. Frank Crinite and the service department at your dealership.  I was concerned with what appeared to be some paint fading and when I called, a gentleman named, Tony, in service and auto body, answered the phone, listened to my issue and very nicely asked me (at a time convenient to me) to come in and let him a look.  I did that the next day, I met Tony and he looked at the car, explained what it was and cleaned up the appearance - solved my problem.  He went on to ask me how I liked the car.  He asked me how it was driving and after all that he went on to tell me why it was such a great car and how this dealership was there to help me.  You see, Piazza already had the sale 5 months ago, but this conversation convinced me that I made a great decision on what car and where to buy it.  Tony made sure of that and I just thought you should know how proud this man is of his company and their cars.  He makes you different and in this day and age, the best companies need people like this man to differentiate themselves and assure success.  As proud of his company and his dealership as he is, you too should be proud to have such a talented, really good man on the ground in Drexel Hill, PA!

"Thankful for Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill Service ... "

My boyfriend bought his civic at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill about a month ago. This past Saturday someone damaged his rear tire in a parking lot. AAA came out and put the spare tire on. He went to a local Pep Boys to have the tire replaced. They mentioned he also needed a new wheel, which they did not have in stock. They could not get the part until Wed. I called Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill at 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday, hoping they could possibly help us out. Alisa Fox was the service advisor for the day, and she double checked that she had the tire and wheel in stock. With only a few minutes on hold, she came back and informed me, that she did. I asked her if he could come right over and she said yes. This is excellent service!! Under 2 hours left until they closed, and without an appointment, my boyfriend, had a new wheel and tire and he was on his way. I really appreciated all of Alisa's help. I would definitely recommend Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill for both sales and service.

"Outstanding experience"

My experience at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill was outstanding.  I visited due to my interest in a used car on the lot.  However, after hearing the reason I need a car (new, long commute), my salesman, Pat Cromer, pointed out that he could get me into a new civic for the same monthly price as the type of used car I was looking for, due to the difference interest rates between new and used cars.  He presented me some numbers, all in a low key, informative way.  After test driving several used cars and doing some calculations, I realized that going with the new civic would only cost a bit more and would give me a great deal more peace of mind.  I never thought I could afford a new car.  Your dealer was able to figure out where my best interestand theirs could be met, that's a great thing.

"Pleasant Experience"

My transmission went bad and I took my car directly to their service department. They took care of everything quickly and efficiently. My repair could have potentially taken over a week but they happened to have the part locally. It was delivered and finished in two days. I mainly worked with George in the service department and he was very helpful and friendly.

"Professional Sales Crew"

Frank Crinite is a absolute pleasure to work with.  He is very professional, very efficient and has continued to be helpful in organizing the installation of my add-ons that could not be taken care of at time purchase.  I learned of Frank from a very satisfied repeat client of his.  I bypassed several other Honda dealerships in my area just to deal with him.  We met by appointment.  My car was ready and waiting for me to test drive.  The service I received from Frank met my highest expectations in very aspect.

"Pleasant Buying Experience"

I have a very pleasant shopping/buying experience thanks to the saleman Mike H. and his manager Bob.  They were both very friendly, and helpful.  Great people in this dealership along with a great service department.  I would recommend them highly to others, when it's time for a new car for me.  I will absolutely deal with Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill again!

"Excellent Service"

I was disappointed in my experience at another Honda dealership, so I looked online for other dealerships--when I read the excellent review on John Callahan at Piazza, I decided to give Piazza a try. John was, indeed, extremely helpful and did everything he could to meet my needs as far as car and price and trade-in value. Thank you, John, for your no-pressure, helpful approach to sales--it made the experience a good one. I will return the next time I am looking for a car! Hats off, as well, to the other staff--they were friendly and fun to interact with!
